Jamarrero "Nikki" Jackson

Nikki is the visionary founder and CEO of Just A Queen With Goals Empowering Women. As a mother and minority woman, she has personally faced the challenges stemming from poverty-related disparities and is deeply committed to uplifting her community. Based in Arlington, Texas, Ms. Jackson dedicates much of her time to giving back and creating opportunities for those in need. Drawing from her own experiences, she is passionate about supporting women and youth. In 2019, she established Just A Queen With Goals Empowering Women, a nonprofit organization devoted to providing structure and support to at-risk youth and women through impactful programs and initiatives.
